Job Summary

This person should have experience in the management of large accounts. This involves building a relationship with the key decision makers and relevant stakeholders.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service through product knowledge, handling inquires and eventual sales orders.
- Maintain good relations with customers as well as business partners
- Conduct sales presentations and pitches
- Drive the sales of a certain portfolio to a targeted customers base
- Execute territory business plan and participate in business development plans to expand business
- Maintain and network with clients to maintain accounts and / or expand new accounts
- Involved in talks & seminars to promote the benefits of products
- Gain a thorough understanding of current economic issues, business trends, and learn about the companies within the country in focus.
- Develop and manage key accounts, achieving business targets, both revenue growth and bottom line.
- Formulate and implement effective strategies to grow key accounts.
- Maintain updated knowledge of products and market
- Assist in the organization of sales and marketing activities/events, which contribute directly to the achievement of sales targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)
- A degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical / Chemical Process Engineering or related Science Background

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)
- Passion for liaising with internal and external customers
- A team player who is able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Outgoing character
- Must be highly personable; possess excellent influential leadership and communication skills
- Good detail-oriented personality, excellent personal organization and time management skills
