**Job Description**:
1. Develops and implements design and detailing.

2. Highly technical in design, experienced user of Auto CAD, sketch up, Photoshop & office software’s with strong attention to design details.

3. Hands on experience in managing project schedule, deliverables, clients and consultants.

4. Coordination on all architectural drawings and works, prepare, submit and update Shop Drawings & As-Built submissions.

5. Review & resolve with consultants on conflicts with architectural drawings and structural/M&E issues.

6. Prepare RFI, RFA, and RFMA & RFSDA & follow the Architectural consultant & Sub-contractors.

7. Prepare Technical Meeting Minutes & Site Progress Meeting Minutes to resolve the issues.

8. Generate Design Strategy, Concept Design and the production of Detailed Working Drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch-up & Photoshop.

9. Attend site visits with others and liaise with contractors and design/construction team.

10.BIM Coordination for Architecture discipline including accuracy and conformance check against the Singapore BIM standards.

11.Develop BIM Modelling Schedule in line with construction schedule and monitor the delivery of BIM submission.

12.Produce Detailed Shop Drawings from Revit for submission.

13.Create Drawings for Authorities’ submission.

**Requirements**:
1. Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, 3ds Max, Sketch up.

2.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design

3.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project

4. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or its equivalent.

5. Minimum 15 years of working experience in Singapore as Architectural coordinator in large scale building / civil projects with main contractor in Civil Construction Projects.
