**Fleet Compliance Manager**

We are partnered with a multinational shipping organization in search of a Fleet Compliance Manager, who will monitor and control the decarbonization, energy efficiency, and sustainability process of all its merchant vessels. He or she will ensure that our client’s fleet management operations meet their regulatory obligations under existing and future emission trading systems schemes globally. This includes overseeing the emission reporting structures and managing the company’s carbon allowance accounts.

The successful incumbent will also establish a team of Carbon and Emission Compliance Officers and develop and implement the reporting and software engineering tools required.

The chosen person will be based in Singapore Our Client offers a competitive salary, relocation assistance, and career growth in a dynamic and multinational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Econometrics, or equivalent
- Proactive risk taker who enjoys analysing and rethinking problems
- Proven track record in an environmental compliance or regulatory role, preferably in a regulated industry
- Excellent data analytical skills and Project management experience.
- Strong organizational and cross-functional management skills.
