About the Team
The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.

As an Operations Efficiency Analyst at TikTok LIVE, you will be integral to our mission of revolutionizing the livestreaming landscape. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to spearhead the enhancement of our team's operational efficiency, resource utilization, and process improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage the team's overall resource metrics system to improve resource utilization rate and ensure optimal team performance.
- Handle large-scale manpower operation requirements from various stakeholders, efficiently evaluating and allocating resources as per project requirements.
- Establish and monitor operational efficiency targets. Implement strategies for continuous improvement of existing operations, including moderation and QA processes.
- Monitor and analyze key process indicators, output, and latency to ensure the highest level of operational efficiency.
- Perform in-house team occupancy analysis and efficiency management to optimize team performance and productivity.
- Drive operational tool optimization efforts, including working with platforms like TCS and other flexible operation tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in the tech industry.
- Proven experience in managing and improving resource utilization and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to manage various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in operations management.
