The Global Emerging Markets business consists of Interest Rate Derivatives, Foreign Exchange and Cash Bonds trading businesses. The Global Emerging Markets business is a market leading provider of innovative investment, risk management and financing solutions to Corporates, Governments and Institutional Investors globally. The Cross Markets Solutions (CMS) team is based in Singapore which looks at all client activities across Asian market access, cash and synthetic products, asset swap book, Liquid Asset Financing, liability management, advisory business across institutions and corporates, balance sheet/RWA management among other activities

**Your key responsibilities**:
**Market Making & Trading**
- Actively quote and manage risk in Asia NDFs and Long-Dated NDS across key Asia markets.
- Trade Asia local currency Rates, FX swaps, and Cross-Currency Basis when appropriate to manage Forward risk and monetize curve dislocations.
- ]Monitor Interest Rate Curves, Central Bank Operations, and Monetary Policy pricing to identify RV and directional opportunities across FX and rates.

**Client Coverage & Flows Origination**
- Partner with various Sales teams to facilitate market-making services and bespoke trade ideas to real-money investors, corporates, and hedge funds.
- Structure client risk solutions that involve FX and local rates dynamics, tailored to flow and macro context.
- Provide high-quality market color on both FX and local rates across Asia EM.

**Strategy, Research & Analytics**
- Work closely with research and strategy to interpret macroeconomic data, central bank policy shifts, and flow trends for integrated FX/Rates positioning.
- Collaborate with strategists, quants, and e-FX teams to enhance pricing models and analytics.
- Support internal portfolio risk discussions with macro themes, trade ideas, and scenario analysis.

**Platform Development & E-Trading**
- Collaborate with e-FX team to enhance platform development for NDF and NDS products.
- Help shape DB’s digital FX offerings across key Asia markets through Autobahn and other 3rd party platforms

**Your skills and experience**:

- **For Associate**:Minimum of 3 years experience in trading emerging markets FX and/or interest rate products
- **For Vice President**:Minimum 6 years’ experience in trading emerging markets FX and/or interest rate products
- Prior experience working with EM Asia macroeconomics, central bank operations, and regional capital flow dynamics
- Familiarity with electronic trading platforms and market microstructure in both FX and rates
- Experience with FX forward curve construction, carry optimization
- Experience with both NDF and local currency IRS / NDS
- Working knowledge of short-term funding markets, repo curves, and cross-currency basis mechanics
- Proficiency in data analysis and trading automation tools (Python, Excel VBA, Bloomberg API, etc).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across trading, sales, strategy, and technology teams.

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply
