**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all matters pertaining to group insurance policies.
- Liaise insurance brokers/insurance companies to review the insurance policies to ensure that company’s risks and liabilities are covered.
- Liaise with relevant parties for the purchase of additional insurance policies and/or coverage.
- Provide necessary advice in relation to incidents/accident cases related to the company.
- Provide necessary advice in relation to general insurance information.
- Liaise insurance brokers/insurance companies to monitor and renew the insurance policies on time. Negotiate renewal terms.
- Report to insurance broker/insurance companies on claims/incidents
- Follow-up with all relevant parties (including but not limited to adjustors, internal and external parties) on the claims till the cases are closed and ensure the company is compensated accordingly and achieve the outcome of the most cost-effective claim.
- Keep proper documentation of all insurance policies and claims.
- Prepare reports on insurance policy renewal, policy cancellation, and claims.
- General administration and filing tasks.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
