Take on strategic role by providing strategic financial advice and guidance to the Group CEO and Board of Directors
- Assist CEO in driving strategies to meet financial and non financial goals
- Conduct financial data analysis to facilitate management decision making
- Spearhead Group finance department
- Cash flow, investment strategies and risk management
- Establish business control over financial processes and complying with corporate policies, IFRS, legal, statutory and tax requirements
- Review and analyze all financial statements within the Group regularly
- Liaise & maintain good relationship with auditors, legal counsel, bankers & etc
- Oversee audits, taxation and corporate secretarial matters within the Group
- Ensure timely compliance to all statutory (including SGX), accounting, tax reporting and disclosure requirements
- Review existing internal controls and suggest process improvements to strength the control processes and work efficiency
- Review monthly finance reports, financial budgets & forecasts prior to submission for Management review
- Provide pre-investment analysis & valuation and make recommendations, including use of financial modelling and exit strategies

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years relevant experience in finance & operations management, preferably in healthcare industry
- Working experience in SGX listed companies is required
- At least Bachelor degree in Accountancy/ Finance
- Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to exercise sound independent judgement
- Desire to succeed and deliver exceptional results
- Strong sense of responsibility, accountability and commitment with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
