The Digital Software Sales (for Interior Design and Architectural) is responsible for prospecting and hunting to find new business in Interior Designer to be closed in partnership with Software Principals and stakeholders. This job is assigned a sales quota and performance is measured by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets by prospecting for new customers, up-selling, add-on sale, and cross-selling.

**Reports to: CEO and Senior Manager**
- To provide digitalisation consulting for ID and Architect Design Customers
- Understand customer challenges and requirements in order to recommend a specific Digital Software product or industry solution.
- Maintain basic knowledge of Software products, competitive products, and industry trends as well as Subscription and Advanced Support.
- Maintain a strong understanding of promotions and campaigns related to doing business with Software Principals.
- Provide End Customers with the relevant information, understanding their business workflow to create and close opportunities.
- Utilize online CRM to document all customer opportunities and customer activity
- Maintain online CRM opportunities using probability definitions embedded to categorize opportunities accordingly to accurately forecast against plans and targets weekly.
- Build strong relationships for business planning with each software principal and prepare for joint visits.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and prompt manner.
- Applies sales skills associated with a cold calling sales model; strong verbal and written skills required.
- Able to record the discussion for each call and report to the sales manager on weekly basis.

- Astute and able to strive for independent at work
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage difficult situations while always remaining upbeat and positive
- Database management is a plus
- Interior Designer Sector in Residential/Commercial is a plus
