Singapore Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) Full time

The job holder is expected to work on Business Continuity Management (BCM)

The scope also includes APAC as Singapore office is the hub for BCP/BCM management. Liaison with Tokyo head office is also required from time to time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and coordination of BCP Drills such as tabletop excercise, live run and office disaster
- Enhancement and updating BCM framework such as Critical Business Service and Business Impact Analysis
- Annual updating of BCP/BCM plans in Singapore
- Deployment, support, and retrieval of head office's BCP assessment in APAC
- Coordinate and follow-up with relevant departments and APAC branches in case of emergencies
- Other projects related to long term enhancement and support of operational resilience in the bank

**Job Requirements**
- Extensive knowledge and experience in business continuity planning (BCP).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Leadership skills and problem-solving/ analysis abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and attention to details.
- Project management skills and ability to plan effectively.
- Understanding and practical experience with MAS guidelines.
