As a Warehouse Manager, you will be leading a team of 2 to 3 other members to ensure our smooth daily operations. This includes ensuring that our products are packed, stored, and delivered at the highest standards in order to achieve accuracy and maximum customer satisfaction.

You will also work closely with the Operations team to ensure that our warehouse is well-stocked, equipped and maintained to process daily orders as part of the end-to-end customer journey.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and compliance of warehouse with HSA requirements
- Ensure the team’s smooth daily operations from receiving imported shipments, preparing products for sale, storing, picking and delivering orders, including their accurate documentation and reporting
- Guide and train team members to achieve and enhance their core competencies and upskilling, including finetuning SOPs and training materials
- Optimise, automate and document refined warehouse processes to achieve greater accuracy, efficiency, cleanliness, safety, customer satisfaction and cost savings
- Act as a back up for team members in case they are unavailable e.g. be ready to pick and pack orders, conduct regular stock take and deliver orders

**Requirements**:

- Possess valid Class 3 driving licence with recent experience in driving a medium/large van, with 0 demerit points
- Experience in warehouse operations, with proven ability to manage and train warehouse plus delivery personnel
- Proven ability at operational planning, organisation and process improvements
- Proficient at utilising computer software for reporting and analysis e.g. Microsoft office including Excel
- Positive attitude with progressive mindset and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail and good communication skills

**Preferred**:

- Proven ability to automate business processes
- Proven ability to utilise advanced tools for data visualisation and analysis
- Proven ability to turn analysis into concrete action plans for continuous improvement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
