Job Descriptions:

- Able to articulate ambitions to be a MD to lead a $6 - $8mil business unit
- Resourceful to support a training revenue performance of $2mil revenue for a Training Academy and $3mil Traffic Marshal Operations
- Understand SA and SACE audit requirement
- Understand Traffic Marshal Operations
- Able to comprehend immersive learning climate and participants; aspiration in the COVID climate
- Understand grants and subsidies for a newly acquired security training provider (ATP) and Approved Training Organisation (ATO)
- Establish workflow to support content development in a new learning management system (LMS)
- Lead and supervise a team of full time or part time trainers and traffic marshal managers and supervisor
- Able to appraise and supervise Human Resource Manager, Finance Manager and Sales Manager
- Aspire to grow with the Company to a listed entity within 2 - 3 years

Requirement:

- Possess tertiary education
- At least 8 - 10 years of working experience in an SA/ATO will be requested
- Employment history of training or guard force supervision will be requested
- Self-motivated, resourceful and able to meet revenue targets
