**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- SAP Certification is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
