Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer Service Delivery: manage and process all customer feedback, complaints, making sure customer services are provided as per required standard
- Fuel Pumping Service: oversee the daily operations of in-charged station, making sure all pumping services operate in a smooth manner, including daily ordering, tanker discharge, monthly fuel tank dip, handling all discounts or promotion assistance, etc
- Convenient Store Management: oversee POS/BOS counter daily operations, inventory ordering and returning, monthly promotion, handle salesmen and deliverymen, etc
- General Housekeeping: monitoring of station cleanliness indoors and outdoors, overall station outlook, staff appearances, etc
- HR and Administrative Duties: assist HR department on people related matters, including staff recruitment, on-boarding, training, deployment, off-boarding of station employees, set up staff roster and daily shift in HR system, overtime monitoring, leave tracking and shift record, making sure manpower is properly deployed and control manpower cost, etc
- Safety Management: trained to use fire extinguishers and first aid and AED toolkits, station ERP (pocket book), conduct live drills & table top drills, monthly HSSE training, station licenses, including tobacco, liquor, fuel, imported food, make sure all government regulations (Tabacco, Liquor, fuel) are fully complied with at all times, etc
- Other ad hoc responsibilities assign by management

Requirements:

- Diploma and above holder in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a retail petrol station or retail service sector
- Energetic and enthusiastic with strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate staff effectively towards achieving excellent customer care standards and sales targets
- Good command of spoken and written English. Speaking Chinese is an add-on advantage to better communicate with Chinese counterparties
