**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an IT Graphic and Motion Design Assistant Manager/Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating visually stunning and immersive experiences, managing LED Video and Digital Signage content, and providing comprehensive support in solution design. Your work will greatly contribute to enhancing our storytelling and presenting our product portfolio effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Motion Design and Video Editing**
- Produce and edit engaging video content for various projects, ensuring a high level of visual impact.
- Seamlessly integrate motion graphics into video productions to enhance storytelling.

**Animation and/or 3D Design**:

- Bring concepts to life through animation and 3D design elements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually stunning and immersive experiences.

**Solution Design & Sales Desk Creation**:

- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to craft integrated solutions tailored to client requirements and product capabilities.
- Tailor sales desks to effectively demonstrate the advantages and features of our solutions, ensuring a compelling presentation.
- Proficiency in AI and big data is a valuable asset.

**Product Portfolio Management**:

- Understand and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company's product portfolio.
- Assist in refining the product portfolio based on market trends and customer feedback.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Sales, Digital Marketing, or Web & Graphic Design).
- More than 2 years of proven experience in system integration, solution design, sales support, and internet page design.
- Proficiency in internet design tools and basic graphic design capabilities (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using sales and productivity software (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals and targets.
