Provide comprehensive support to the HR Business Partner in daily HR tasks and special projects.
- Act as an expert resource, advising managers, supervisors, and administrators on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee departures, including resignation letters, payroll forms, and exit interviews.

- Manage employee departures, including resignation letters, payroll forms, and exit interviews.
- Onboard new hires by preparing appointment letters, medical clearances, access passes, and welcome packages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
- Oversee leave administration, including leave hierarchies and requests.
- Track and manage employee milestones like confirmations, contract renewals, work permit renewals, retirements, and re-employment.
- Manage confirmations, contract renewals, and repatriation processes for foreign workers.
- Securely store and maintain all employee documents.
- Coordinate safety course registrations (CSOC) for employees.
- Process and submit HR-related claims (NS, childcare, etc.) to payroll.
- Organize and maintain efficient filing systems.
- Provide training and guidance to site administrators.
- Assist with training administration duties.
- Be prepared to undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

- Minimal diploma in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
