**Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Baker to join our team. You will play a crucial role in creating delicious baked goods that delight our customers. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from mixing ingredients to baking and decorating.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain the inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure that all baked goods are prepared and presented according to the bakery's standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- **Communicate with team members via Apple Watch to coordinate tasks and updates during baking processes.
**Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and familiarity with baking equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Excellent communication skills, with the ability to use Apple Watch for real-time communication.
