**Job description**

**Requirements**:

- You need to be able to adapt your teaching methodologies when necessary
- Being able to engage and motivate students
- Being proactive; showing initiative
- Punctuality
- Good time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- At least a **bachelor’s **degree from well known universities and at least 3 years of teaching experience. **PhD or Master's degree in Maths **would be a major advantage.
- Understanding the **‘concept’ **of tuition centers, **this is an education -yet service-oriented industry **, each student is treated as an **individual **, and not a ‘ **number **’.
- Willing to work in evenings, weekends, and in the daytime during peak periods.

**Important note**:**

We are **only **looking for **Local full-time **teachers. The monthly salary ranges from 4,000 SGD to 7,000 SGD, depending on years of teaching experience and qualifications.

**Duties**:

- Preparing lessons plans, and tailor the lessons to students’ needs
- Providing (written) feedback on student progress
- Developing curriculum materials
- Identifying learning obstacles
- Supervising students during peak hours
- Other ad hoc tasks

**Work schedule**
- 09:00 to 20:00 on weekdays; 09:00 to 18:00 on weekends. (Lunch and dinner break arranged in accordance with your schedule)
