**Our client:
A general contractor construction group **listed on the SGX Mainboard with 40 years of experience **, during which we have handled a wide range of projects, from residential buildings to conservation houses, schools, churches, industrial buildings and business parks. They are **A1-graded under CW01 **(General Building) and **A2-graded under CW02 **(Civil Engineering) by the Singapore's Building and Construction Authority.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and perform engineering/design execution, planning, and interface and ensure that activities are completed on schedule and within the budget.
- Prepare project execution and quality plans, projects plan of works, initial projects safety review, initial projects environmental review, and project control system.
- Coordinate with project managers, discipline engineers, designers, drafters and field staff, and ensure consistency in execution of project activities.
- Organize and conduct project meetings, technical, and progress reviews.
- Initiate and complete projects close-out and archiving.
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
- Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.

**Requirements**:

- At least Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering **(recognized by PEB)**:

- At least 5 year(s) of relevant project experiences ( _Preferably with HDB BTO) _
- Knowledge of Autocad would be an advantage
- **5.5 days work week**:

- _Short notice preferred _
- **Able to stationed at side: Toa Payoh (HDB) / Pasir Ris (Industrial) / New Project TBC**

**Salary**

$4,000 - $5,500
