**Reporting, Inspections & Analyses**:

- Compiles and reviews weekly sales and traffic reports including market and/or trend feedback and competitor information from boutique personnel.
- Periodically meets the Supply Chain department to analyze further detailed sales reports - by category, by boutique, bestsellers, slow-movers, shape, sizes, colors & pricing.
- Performs quarterly novelties forecast and sales planning.
- Works with Customer Service Department to gain an oversight of and produces a monthly or quarterly report pertaining to customer service matters and levels; including details on cases opened, cases closed, cases pending, length of service time.
- Oversees and ensures that the boutique routines are performed in accordance with the Montblanc BOM including store opening and closing checklists process, petty cash management, invoicing procedures and policies, and the proper safekeeping of customer data cards.
- When necessary, provides a summary report of operational/ systemic/ procedural non-compliance issues encountered, and corrective actions taken.
- Responsible for the password resetting and the rotations of safe codes, key codes and door keys.

**Retail Projects**:

- Operationally involved and supports the Regional Retail Director in all retail projects when required, including expansion plans, store renovations, store closing, category re-zoning, pop-ups, events, activations, and exhibitions.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong analysis, logic and reasoning skills combined with good numerical capability
- Strong observation skills with high inclination toward attention to detail
- Strong business acumen paired with customer focus
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
