**Responsibilities**:

- Create accurate and detailed technical drawings, schematics, and plans using AutoCAD software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to interpret design concepts and translate them into precise drawings.
- Review and modify existing drawings to reflect changes and updates in project requirements.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task tracking.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
- Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports.
- Assist in budget monitoring, cost tracking, and procurement coordination.
- Provide technical support to project teams and address any drafting-related inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software with a strong portfolio showcasing technical drawings.
- Previous experience in project coordination or management is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Familiarity with construction and design principles is advantageous.
- Proficiency in other design software or tools is a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
