**Roles & Responsibilities**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To identify inventory, stock management and stored materials preservation process inefficiencies and then to recommend and implement optimization measures.
- Upskill storekeepers Fleet wide.
- Analyze stock levels and implement corrective actions
- Assessing & training the Storekeepers competencies and skill levels by placing gap-analysis methods to find out exactly what the current teams were lacking, their weaknesses and strengths in order to find the most efficient way to solve the vessel’s issues
- Accountable for carrying out Personnel Improvement Plans (PIPs) for all the storekeepers based on observation of their daily routines, to better develop them associated with continuous observation, intervention
- Monitor Amos stock levels and PIRs in order to provide Purchasing department & Management adequate support and backlog reduction.
- Responsible for updating and implementing chemical inventory routines & SDS, the control of Dangerous Goods, PPE inventory & control systems and general inventory & reorganization plan for the main storage areas: FWD Stores, Steering Gear, Engine Room & Main Deck Chemical Storage Areas
- Successfully implemented new MROBs, Manifests, intuitive document organization systems, MITs & daily routines
- Liaise with the Client representatives onboard as required as well as have a weekly inspection around the vessel for feedbacks.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma Education in any field
- 5 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry using CMMS.
- Proven leadership skills aimed at working self managed in remote locations and raising the levels measurably of structure, efficiency and processes.
- Excellent communication skills especially in English.
