The position holder is to support Agency Promotions & Operations (“APO”) in 2 main areas:
1. Events logistics and initiatives

2. APO Administration and Operation

There will be a chance for the Position Holder to be involved in local and/or overseas events and may be required to work beyond the normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
**Leads generation events and initiatives**
- Be familiar with both internal and regulatory requirements for the roles in Agency Promotions, not limited to MAS Marketing & Distribution Activities (“M&D activities) guidelines.
- Responsible in the checks and ensuring the advisors met the requirements for the M&D / leads generation activities before proceeding.
- Responsible in getting clearance of agreements and/ or initiatives with Legal, Compliance and relevant stakeholders before proceeding.
- Computation of production and making payments/ deductions to the respective advisors on the corresponding sponsorship entitlement, if any, by the dateline.
- Will be required to handle roadshow observations offsite.

**Incentive events logistics and awareness outreach**
- To source and propose events’ programme, incentive rewards and/or venue locations that will wow the audience within the budget given.
- Propose and follow up with pre & post event/ incentive survey questions.
- May be required to go for venue inspection.

**APO Administration and Operation**
- Assist with consumer promotion appeals and handling of enquiries.
- Facilitate in procurement and payment process.
- Onsite and offsite events & administrative logistics support such as but not limited to collation of attendance, tracking and distribution of items to the advisors.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma and above.
- Competent in MS Office especially in Excel, word and powerpoint.
- Strong foundation in Mathematics.
- Good problem solver and is creative, structured, and meticulous.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently and in a team.
- Adaptable and flexible with ability to multi-task.
- Reliable, dependable and excellent work ethics.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
