**Job Description**:
**As an Intern Merchandiser within our Sales Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales and merchandising activities to drive product visibility and customer engagement across various retail locations in Singapore. This hands-on internship offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced merchandisers, develop key skills in retail operations, and gain exposure to the fast-paced FMCG sector.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**_ Stock Management & Merchandising_**
- Replenish stocks to maintain product visibility and availability in stores.
- Retrieve dairy products from the chiller room for timely display.
- Ensure all products, information, and promotional materials are presented according to company guidelines.

**_ Visual Merchandising & Brand Promotion_**
- Implement and optimize placement of Point-of-Sales Materials (POSM) at strategic in-store locations to maximize brand visibility.
- Actively promote products during events, roadshows, and in-store activations to engage customers and drive sales.

**_ Outlet & Relationship Management_**
- Negotiate with outlets for optimal space rental arrangements to enhance product placement.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned outlets to ensure smooth collaboration.

**_ Sales Operations & Administrative Support_**
- Attend bi-monthly sales meetings at the office.
- Travel daily between multiple stores within a designated geographical cluster.
- Support ad hoc sales activities and perform other tasks as assigned by the sales department.

**Learning & Development Opportunities**
- Receive hands-on experience in retail store merchandising and brand initiatives.
- Develop practical skills and industry insights in the FMCG and wholesale retail trade sectors.
- Specialize in the merchandising of confectionery and snack products, learning effective product placement and promotional strategies.
- Work closely with senior merchandisers and seasoned sales professionals.

**_ Working Hours & Benefits_**
- 5-day work week, typically from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Two weekday rest days (weekends are generally working days).
- Weekend shifts required, with hours generally within standard daytime ranges.
- Public holidays off, except when special events are scheduled.
- Monthly internship allowance: SGD 900.
- Transport reimbursement: Up to SGD 128 per month (with valid receipts).
- Mobile phone reimbursement: Up to SGD 50 per month (with valid receipts)
