We are looking for a skilled and driven Product Lead in the Business Platform team at Grab. The Business Platform team is responsible for empowering millions of Businesses on our Marketplace. In this role, you will be leading the overall quality strategy for the Business App and Portal surfaces.

**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- Design the quality framework to evaluate the quality for the Business App and Portal
- Set, publish and enforce internal standards for the defined quality framework for teams
- Develop state-of-the-art monitoring and alert mechanism for describing system health
- Democratize safe dog-fooding and enable Beta Program for businesses for key releases
- Lead strategic initiatives that make Business App and Portal more business-friendly
- Able to use data to drive decisions, measure product performance, and communicate impact and get buy-in from senior executives.

**The Must-Haves**
- At least 5 years of experience in managing a product at a sizeable technology company
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, verbal and written communication skills required
- Reasonable understanding of technical aspects of front-end and back-end systems
- Exceptional customer-centricity to empathize with Business users and solve their pain-points

**The Nice-to-Haves**
- Bachelors in computer science, electrical engineering or electronics
- Experience working for Southeast Asia markets outside Singapore
- Should be able to write basic SQL queries for pulling data or analyse
