Grillfest General Manpower

Event Dates: 14 - 17 Nov, 22 - 24 Nov, 29 Nov - 1 Dec, 6 - 8 Dec

Event Hours: 5PM - 10PM

SHIFT Hours: 2PM - 11PM (8 hours, with 1hr unpaid break)

Event Location: Siloso Beach, Sentosa Island

Rate: $12/hr

Manpower required: 11 Pax per day

Job Scopes:

- Entrance Clicker: Counting number of visitors passing through Grillfest and reporting hourly
- Ticketing: Selling and Redemption of Exclusive Teepee Experience and assist in prize redemption for Sure Win Claw Machine
- Greeter: Checking of Tickets for entry to Exclusive Teepee Experience
- Mastercard Booth: Distribution of free ice-cream until cap for the day

Additional ad-hoc job scopes:

- Assist with setting up of benches for the event, daily
- Assist with tearing down of benches for the event, daily
- Crowd control and queue management
- Reminding Guests to clear the tables after use
- Providing information of the event to Guests
- Rearrange dining tables if out of place

Things to note:

- Roles will be randomly assigned and adjusted where needed during the event days.
- All PTs should be aware of the job scopes for each role as you may be swapped around to suit the event needs
- PTs that are unable to make your original shifts MUST inform the management at least 2 days before and assist to find a replacement
- PTs must reduce the use of their phones during shift hours
- Attire: Black Top with Long Pants/Jeans or Shorts, No ripped clothing, Covered shoes, No Crocs

Grillfest Servers Manpower

Event Dates: 14 - 17 Nov, 22 - 24 Nov, 29 Nov - 1 Dec, 6 - 8 Dec

Event Hours: 5PM - 10PM

SHIFT Hours: 2PM - 11PM (8 hours, with 1hr unpaid break)

Event Location: Siloso Beach, Sentosa Island

Manpower required: 3 Pax per day

Job Scope:

- Serving 3-course meals to Guests that have purchased the Teepee Exclusive Experience

Additional ad-hoc job scopes:

- Assist with setting up of benches for the event, daily
- Assist with tearing down of benches for the event, daily
- Providing information of the event to Guests
- Rearrange dining tables if out of place

Things to note:

- Server Role will start at 5PM - 9PM daily
- During 3PM - 5PM and 9PM - 11PM, Servers must assist the rest of the team with setting up and tearing down the benches
- Servers are advised to bring additional change of clothes for the setup and teardown
- Servers must look presentable and professional while serving Guests
- Servers are not allowed to use their phones while serving Guests
- PTs that are unable to make your original shifts MUST inform the management at least 2 days before and assist to find a replacement.
- Attire: PLAIN BLACK TEE with Dark Long Pants/Jeans, No shorts, No ripped clothing, Covered shoes, No Crocs

Grillfest House Bar Manpower

Event Dates: 14 - 17 Nov, 22 - 24 Nov, 29 Nov - 1 Dec, 6 - 8 Dec

Event Hours: 5PM - 10PM

SHIFT Hours: 430PM - 1030PM (6 hours, with 1hr unpaid break)

Event Location: Siloso Beach, Sentosa Island

Rate: $12/hr

Manpower required: 2 Pax per day

Job Scope:

- Cashiering
- Managing the house bar inventory
- Mixing of drinks for cocktail
- Food hygiene cert preferred

Things to note:

- Must be18 years old and above
- PT must look presentable and professional while serving Guests
- PT are not allowed to use their phones while serving Guests
- PTs that are unable to make your original shifts MUST inform the management at least 2 days before and assist to find a replacement.
- Attire: PLAIN BLACK TEE with Dark Long Pants/Jeans, No shorts, No ripped clothing, Covered shoes, No Crocs
