Clinic Operations Support Officer

This is a patient-facing, hands-on role, in a modern TCM clinic, that requires both physical stamina and a caring nature.

**1. Patient Support & Therapy Assistance**
- Assist TCM Physicians during therapy sessions, consultations, and treatments.
- Support and monitor patients throughout their therapy process to ensure comfort and care.

**2. Patient Management & Administrative Tasks**
- Manage patient registration, retrieve records, and create new patient profiles.
- Schedule and confirm follow-up appointments with patients.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate daily sales reports.

**3. Data Management**
- Regularly update course lists and other clinic-related reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient and operational data.

**4. Customer Service**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints across various channels (in-person, phone, messaging).
- Provide warm and helpful service to maintain the positive clinic experience.

**5. Housekeeping & Hygiene**
- Handle laundry and folding of towels and garments.
- Maintain cleanliness in reception, waiting areas, treatment rooms, and pantry.
- Ensure treatment rooms are tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

**6. Inventory Management**

Conduct regular inventory checks (minimum monthly) to ensure sufficient stock of clinic supplies.

**Work Schedule**:

- **5-day work week**: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend dayNearest MRT station: Somerset

**Who We're Looking For**:
This role is ideal for someone who:

- Genuinely enjoys caring for people and finds fulfillment in assisting patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Is comfortable being physically active throughout the day, frequently moving between reception, therapy rooms, and consultation areas.
- Can work efficiently in warm and humid conditions — particularly during steaming hot therapy sessions where you'll check in on patients (e.g., to offer water or provide support) approximately every 10 minutes.
- Has a warm, attentive, and service-oriented personality, with a calm presence in a hands-on environment.
