Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for HR? We're looking for a **HR Assistant **to support our team in various administrative tasks. This is the perfect opportunity if you're ready to kickstart your career in human resources.

**What You'll Do**:

- Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms to attract top talent.
- Review and extract resumes, ensuring they align with the company's criteria.
- Manage pre-hiring tasks: booking interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing onboarding materials.
- Input and maintain data in the HRMS system for seamless record-keeping.
- Handle documentation, filing, and assist with general employee queries.
- Occasionally visit different hotel locations for on-site HR support.
- Oversee HR expenditures and manage related administrative tasks.
- Take on any additional tasks assigned by management to support overall operations.
