Act as a primary interface with business lines and compliance teams to analyze and document voice and chat communication scenarios.
Identify and manage conduct and risk scenarios for various communication channels.
Drive IT teams in delivering technical solutions, ensuring proper archiving, security, and surveillance.
Collaborate with global teams to prioritize and validate solutions within established frameworks.
Track and report on project deliverables, including business cases, operational controls, and conduct risks.
Provide updates and reports in steering committees and senior management presentations.
ABOUT YOU
Experience in core banking businesses, including Global Markets, Corporate Finance, and Transaction Banking.
Proficiency in technical setups, recording, and surveillance of voice and chat channels.
Competence in stakeholder management and communication with senior executives.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
**Academic background**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
