- Able to pick-up calls and handle situations quickly and accurately with quality customer service level
- Able to understand and handle patient’s requests tactfully and smoothly
- Basic knowledge on healthcare and medical
- Knowledgeable on Emergency regulations / procedures

**Job Requirements**
- Preferably with Call Centre experience and Medical knowledge
- Customer service oriented
- Preferably experience in Healthcare / Medical care
- Start immediately
- Night shift and work from home
- Training will be provided
