**2.Primary Position Responsibilities & Outcomes**:

- **Policy Compliance**: Understand and comply with procedures and policies pertaining to Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) and time recording.
- **HR Compliance**: Understand and comply with company Human Resources procedures and policies related to vacation, medical leave, etc.
- **Support Role**: Assist the Rotary Wing Maintenance Manager, Rotary Wing Avionics Aircraft Engineer, and facility DOM with assigned tasks in a safe, complete, and timely manner.
- **Safety Advisory**: Provide immediate and clear advisories to appropriate personnel if any safety issues are observed or experienced.
- **System Maintenance**: Perform modifications, servicing, maintenance, and repair of aircraft electrical, instrument, and avionics systems according to approved maintenance data and engineering drawings.
- **Testing and Troubleshooting**: Assist the Rotary Wing Avionics Aircraft Engineer in conducting operational/functional tests, troubleshooting, and defect rectification.
- **Component Handling**: Perform wiring and electrical component replacement, fabricate wire harnesses for wiring modifications, and handle aircraft battery charging and servicing.
- **Tool and Equipment Maintenance**: Assist in ensuring tools and test equipment are properly maintained, calibrated, and suitable for specific work tasks.
- **Tooling Familiarity**: Be familiar with common avionics tools.
