**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Purpose**:
To be overall in-charge for the manufacturing activities of flavors, to maintain our high standards in manufacturing, to achieve customer's quality and lead-time requirements.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Direct control of the entire Flavor production team through production planning, control of raw materials and quality production process.
- Report to and support Creative Director in managing all Flavor production activities.
- Ensure good manufacturing practices that adhere to ISO, Food Safety, and HACCP requirements.
- Ensure all finished goods is in full compliance with customer specifications and company regulatory requirements and standards.
- Ensure effective, efficient and timely execution of the production schedule.
- Plan and carry out factory preventive maintenance to ensure machinery will be fully operational at all times.
- Plan and monitor factory maintenance activities to ensure operational readiness.
- Coordinate with Procurement and R&D to ensure efficient stock levels
- Identify, plan and coordinate developmental training needs for production workers.
**Job Requirements**
- Tertiary Education or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant experience working in manufacturing with managerial function.
- Leadership and Managerial Skills.
- Knowledgeable with international Certification Standards such as ISO, etc.
- Prior knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP.
- An effective communicator
Pay: $2,578.29 - $6,000.00 per month
