Teaching Specialist

**Locations**: Pasir Ris, Tampines, Choa Chu Kang, Woodlands, Jurong West**

**Job Summary**

**The Teaching Specialist is responsible for monitoring the academic schedule and ensuring compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include classroom teaching, classwork, and assessment. All deliverables must adhere to the company’s policies and guidelines.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Instructional Delivery**:

- **Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with Edufront’s academic calendar and curriculum framework**:

- **Conduct interactive, play-based lessons incorporating appropriate multimedia and hands-on activities**:

- **Employ differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs**
- **Classroom Management**:

- **Actively monitor student engagement through continuous classroom circulation**:

- **Maintain optimal balance between instruction, classwork, and assessment**:

- **Utilise personal teaching resources to enhance learning (videos, slides, manipulatives)**
- **Assessment & Reporting**:

- **Grade and return all classwork promptly (within the subsequent lesson)**:

- **Provide personalised feedback using prescribed marking standards (red ink)**:

- **Maintain accurate student attendance records**
- **Quality Assurance**:

- **Participate in lesson observations and file checks**:

- **Implement improvement recommendations promptly**

**Qualifications**
- **Degree/Diploma in Education or PGDE (NIE/NTU).**:

- **Passionate university graduates with no NIE qualifications are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.**

**Commitment Requirements**
- **Full academic year commitment (November 2024 - November 2025)**:

- **Availability for weekly assigned schedule (weekday evenings and/or weekends)**
