**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Investment Analysis and Research**:

- Lead analysis of investment opportunities across various asset classes including equities, fixed income, real estate, and alternative investments.
- Research and evaluate potential investments based on their risk-return profile, market trends, and financial performance.
- Generate investment ideas and optimize investment processes.
- Formulate and implement the investment strategies with a focus on alpha generation and attractive risk-adjusted returns through various market cycles.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee.
- Regularly sharpen the team’s investment thesis through deep tech industry and thematic research.

**2. Fund and Portfolio Management**:

- Recommending investment and disposal decision for a portfolio of institution-sized capital, ensuring optimal asset allocation and risk management.
- Track and analyse portfolio performance against benchmarks and industry standards. Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholder and senior management.

**3. Due Diligence**:

- Conduct due diligence on investment managers, funds, and direct investments
- Evaluate legal, financial, and operational aspects of potential investments.

**4. Reporting and Compliance**:

- Keep abreast of market developments, economic indicators and regulatory changes whilst regularly updating senior management and stakeholders on fund performance.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal controls.

**5. Continuous Learning and Development**:

- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and investment strategies.
- Continuously improve investment analysis techniques and methodologies.

**6. Other Responsibilities**:

- Support adhoc tasks relating to the operational build out and developing the core of our growing firm.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent. CFA or CPA certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in Private Equity / Asset Management/ Banking Companies.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
- Good knowledge in financial market, Bloomberg and Capital IQ
- Excellent communication, presentation and time-management skills.
- Pro-active and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin for speaking and writing.
- Excellent work ethic and sense of responsibility.
