**Key Responsibilities:
- Cybersecurity Strategy and Services: Support the development and implementation of cybersecurity services. This includes defining, enhancing, and evolving our approach to cybersecurity in alignment with the organization's goals.
- Risk Management: Engage in proactive risk management practices, including the handling of issues and exceptions within our systems and processes.
- Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, guiding strategic cybersecurity initiatives that support organizational objectives.
- Control Assessments: Conduct Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) to ensure that cybersecurity controls are effectively designed and operational.
- Policy Oversight: Maintain and update the Technology Policies, Standards, and Control Library to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and practices.
- Audit Leadership: Lead and manage both internal and external audit engagements, ensuring comprehensive oversight of all IT-related audit activities. Regulatory Compliance: Regularly review systems and processes to guarantee compliance with existing technology policies and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Cyber Security Related field
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Demonstrated understanding of and familiarity with major cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO, GDPR, NIST, PCI DSS, and CISO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and devise practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Certifications:
Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP are beneficial but not required.
