Aquaculturist (Bullfrog Farming)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the daily operations of bullfrog farming, including feeding, breeding, and management.
- Conduct research on bullfrog farming techniques, including nutrition, reproduction, disease prevention, and treatment, and support the implementation of innovative and effective strategies to improve yield, quality, and sustainability.
- Collect and analyze data, and document findings to support the development of new production techniques.
- Coordinate with the management team, other aquaculture professionals, and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of protocols for bullfrog farming, including best practices for breeding, feeding, and management.
- Provide technical support and training to other team members and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in bullfrog farming and aquaculture in general.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Aquaculture, Biology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in aquaculture, particularly in bullfrog farming, is preferred.
- Understanding of bullfrog biology, nutrition, disease prevention and treatment, and reproduction is preferred.
- Experience in data collection and documentation preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
