Roles & Responsibilities

The staff nurse will oversee the smooth running of the in-house operating room with the in-house surgeons, provide assistance during surgery and total patient care during recovery from general anaesthesia.
- To assist in ensuring the regulatory compliance of the facility for surgical procedures.
- To check and prepare instruments and consumables for surgical cases
- To perform duties as scrub/circulating nurse for plastic and dental surgical procedures.
- To supervise and ensure accurate recording of chargeable consumable items and supplies used by patients.
- To assist in care of the post-operative patients in the recovery phase, if necessary
- To ensure accurate labeling and specimens are properly dispatched.
- To guide and supervise clinic/healthcare assistants.
- To assist in the cleaning, packing and sterilisation of instruments and surgical supplies according to regulatory standards.
- To ensure cleanliness of the operating theatres and preparation rooms
- To supervise the decontamination of operating theatre, equipment, and instrument following each case.
- To check crash cart, emergency equipment and supplies daily.
- To ensure patients’ safety at all times.

Job Requirement:

- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Advanced Diploma/post-registration qualification in OT nursing, is preferred
- Able to work at least 5 days a week; alternate Saturday.

- Basic salary: $3000-6000 (commensurate with experience and duties).

- 确保准确的标签和标本被正确发送。
- 指导和监督诊所/医疗保健助理。
- 协助按照监管标准对器械和手术用品进行清洁、包装和消毒。
- 确保手术室和准备室的清洁
- 监督每个病例后对手术室、设备和仪器的去污。
- 每天检查应急车、应急设备和用品。
- 时刻确保患者的安全。

职位需要：
- 最低学历：护理文凭
- 在新加坡护理委员会注册
- OT护理高级文凭/注册后资格，优先考虑
- 每周至少可以工作5天；周六交替。

薪酬、薪酬和福利待遇：
