FUND ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Lanturn is a Singapore-based fintech firm focused on providing technology-led solutions to corporate
clients and asset managers in Singapore and other regional markets. It was founded in 2017, and it
currently has more than 400 enterprise clients. Backed by some of the biggest venture capital firms
and family offices in Asia, it is run by a team of experienced entrepreneurs who have started and built
businesses across the region.

Role:
The Fund Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:

- Supervising fund accounting team with regards to the following:

- Bookkeeping and preparation of Fund and Syndicate Accounts
- Preparation of periodic reporting to Fund Managers and LPs
- NAV statements, Capital Account Statements
- Preparation and communication of Capital Call and Distribution Notices
- Liaising with tax team to help prepare tax filings for clients
- Assisting with one-off Client requests
- Joining calls with clients when team members need assistance
- Onboarding new team members
- Liaising with software providers used by the Fund Accounting Department
- Performing fund accounting for new clients in conjunction with Senior Fund Accountants,

before handing over to team
- Assisting Sales team by providing quotes, joining calls with prospects, and providing technical

assistance
- Working with Client Success team on onboarding of new funds, and upselling to existing

clients
- Ensuring consistency and quality throughout the fund reporting process for all clients

and all team members.

The Fund Accounting Manager will report directly to the Head of Accounting.

Qualifications:

- Graduate or Degree in Accountancy or other professional accounting qualifications as

recognized by ISCA
- With 8 - 10 years of relevant Fund Accounting work experience
- Proficiency in Xero is preferred
- Demonstrate good problem-solving skills and be able to work well with HOD or stakeholders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable learning and operating in multiple tech platforms and software
- Meticulous and organize, and able to prioritize work effectively to meet multiple, tight

deadlines
- Independent with a good level of initiative.
