**Job Title**:
Product Development Executive

**Reports To**:
Regional Deputy Product Director, Products & Technology

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with stakeholders from various functions such as sales, content creation across various markets to define needs and requirements
- Translate the needs and requirements from stakeholders into detailed product and technology requirements for development team
- Working with development team to ensure what needs to be built and product features are aligned with stakeholders’ needs to meet their goals and objectives
- Test and identify bugs before product rollout and work closely with development team to rectify
- Mainly driving the enhancements of newsletter product/platform in areas such as subscription workflows (i.e. increasing subscription touchpoints, retention of subscribers, personalization possibilities etc.), integrating commercial objectives in newsletters and improving quality
- Also responsible for other product development and enhancements which are align with business goals for areas such as people listing, interior designers, property listing
- Performing demos regularly and collecting feedback from stakeholders/users to ensure continuity of product enhancements
- Actively participate in grooming sessions to ensure items are developed in the coming sprints
- Develop products with a data-driven mindset by utilizing prior performance, available analytics and engagement tools

**Requirements**:

- Degree preferably related to Marketing/Business Administration/Information technology or equivalent
- Min. 2 years’ experience in a digital, publishing or technology company
- Min. 2 years’ experience in a product / development capacity is a plus
- Able to work well in an agile development process with quality outcomes
- Strong understanding in SEO, Google Analytics and enewsletter platforms is a plus
- Strong communicator who needs to manage expectations of cross-functional teams and comfortable working with teams located remotely in a regional capacity
- Confident, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
