Assistant Vice President, Administration and Security

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the administrative section, including, but not limited to, mailroom operations, contract management, invoice processing etc
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of physical security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to security systems and services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and standards.
- Provide training and support to staff on security protocols and procedures.
- Handle emergency situations and incidents promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and manage budgets for administrative and security-related expenses.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of working Proven experience as an Admin Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management, conducting security audits and risk assessments
- Prior experience working in the banking industry would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems and technologies.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures and protocols.
- Good in Microsoft Office suites
- Ability to think out of the box
