We are looking for a design manager who will own two areas: 1. Product design for our cyber protection platform and other products; 2. Improving the user experience of existing products. The challenge is to manage and develop a cross-functional team of 16 people, which includes product designers, UX researchers, product managers.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Lead and develop the cross-functional product design team
- Work as part of the product management team in the area of UX
- In partnership with support, marketing, sales to improve the user experience and determine ways to develop the product
- Plan and implement the overall UX strategy and methods
- Run end-to-end design processes for a variety of initiatives within your team and validate your solutions with users, using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Collaborate with developers to reach high-quality implementations
- Lead cross-functional research projects with data science/product analysts
- Lead product improvement projects based on gathered research insights

**WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**
- Experience with qualitative research and user-centered design methodologies, working knowledge of quantitative methods and statistics.
- Experience in a product management role that works closely with web-analysts, product analysts, or data scientists to derive insights from mixed data
- Strong understanding of technologies used to build modern digital experiences, agile workflows, and a familiarity with the fundamentals of front-end development, accessibility and usability
- Prior experience working closely with Product, Marketing, or Content teams to identify appropriate areas of research and experience collaborating to implement product decisions based on the found data
- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills; ability to translate research findings into easily digestible, actionable insights
