**JOB SUMMARY**

Assistant MFG Engineer will support the Engineering Department in planning, designing, implementing and managing; integrated, production and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site.

Main focus: conducts studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and recommends methods for maximum utilization of production equipment and personnel.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Assist and support Manufacturing Engineer on daily production activities as below.

Create procedures for Assemble processes and train staffs accordingly.
- Able to perform Assembly process for High Level Assembly (HLA). Understanding on assembly drawing
- Perform PM, keep track of Engineering Tools, Fixture records.
- Assist Manufacturing Engineers in NPI run, product quality issue and provide the finding and RCCA.
- Assist Manufacturing Engineers in product evaluation and necessary data collection.
- Assist in the coordination of line re-configurations and machine/workstation move activities, including equipment arrival, installation and process related setup.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as
- directed by supervisor.
- Comply with all procedures within the company security policy.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Knowledge in Addictive Engineering will be advantage.
