**About the team**
Our Commercial team is a pivotal component of Doctor Anywhere. We're a tenacious group in charge of a wide range of business development and strategic partnership initiatives. Our primary job is to establish and expand our collaboration with insurance providers, healthcare agencies and corporate clients in order to provide healthcare to employees and the community.
**About the role**
The Senior Manager/Manager, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, will lead and drive the sales and marketing initiatives for Asian Healthcare Specialist Group (AHS).
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a strong sales and marketing background, particularly within the private healthcare sector, to contribute to the growth and success of AHS and Doctor Anywhere.
This role is based in **Singapore**
**A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows**:
**Sales and Marketing Leadership**:
- Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote AHS’s medical services, capabilities, and specialties (orthopaedics, urology, ENT, etc.).
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to attract private patients and enhance patient referral networks.
- Build relationships with key medical and surgical clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to increase patient referrals.
- Position AHS as a leader in its medical disciplines by leveraging branding, marketing, and sales initiatives to achieve greater market share.
**Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand AHS’s referral sources, including regional and overseas patients.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with insurance companies, third-party administrators (TPAs), hospitals, and other healthcare stakeholders to increase patient referral volume.
- Drive efforts to expand AHS’s network and presence within Southeast Asia, targeting new markets and patient demographics.
**Doctor Recruitment and Network Expansion**:
- Support the growth of AHS by recruiting top-tier doctors from both the private and public healthcare sectors.
- Establish and maintain a robust network of potential new doctors to expand AHS’s clinical offerings and specialties.
- Foster relationships with healthcare professionals to strengthen AHS’s reputation as a leading medical group.
**Operations Support**:
- Collaborate with the CEO of Specialist Care BU in HQ in managing the day-to-day operations of the HQ Specialist Care Business Unit.
- Support the operational needs related to business growth, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Assist with strategic planning and operational management to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve overall patient care delivery.
**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform business development and marketing strategies.
- Provide regular updates on key performance metrics, sales progress, and business growth initiatives to the senior leadership team.
**About you**
- Minimum of 7 years in business development, marketing, or sales roles within the healthcare industry (preferably private healthcare). Proven track record in driving sales, marketing, and business growth strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications in healthcare or business management is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the private healthcare landscape in Singapore and Southeast Asia, including familiarity with healthcare regulations, doctor networks, patient referral systems, and market dynamics.
- Strong network of contacts within the healthcare industry, particularly among doctors, clinics, hospitals, insurance companies, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive growth through strategic planning, partnerships, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams or collaborating with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales/marketing tools.
- Confident, driven, and results-oriented with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- A self-starter who is able to work autonomously and take ownership of projects and tasks.
- Able to navigate a rapidly evolving healthcare market and adjust strategies to meet changing needs and opportunities.
- Collaborative and willing to support the team and leadership in achieving overall business objectives.
