**Project Admin**
**Highlights**:
- Our client is a multi-design consultancy firm providing design conceptualization to in-store planning and furniture fabrication for commercial organizations.
- 5 days’ work week; 9am - 6pm
- Nearest MRT: Eunos (10 mins walk from Eunos MRT)
**The Challenges**:
- Coordinate with sales and project team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both Singapore and oversea vendors
- Provide timely inbound, outbound logistic support to the respective teams
- Ensure accuracy of invoices, including verification and investigation of discrepancy
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Coordinate and liaise with freight forwarding companies
- Ensure proper follow up and documentation of shipment
- Coordinate and liaise with overseas suppliers
- Coordinate and liaise with contractors and forwarders
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**What it Takes**:
- Minimum GCE “O” Levels qualification
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience will be advantageous
- Bilingual in English and Chinese as this position requires frequent liaising with Chinese speaking associates from Chinese speaking states (eg.China)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
