Customer Service Representative

Working Location: Office

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm; 5-day work week

**Salary**: $3000 during probation; $3200 after confirmation

Complimentary facials every quarter, annual purchase credit, opportunities for growth etc)

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
- Maintain relationships with VIP customers

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree is advantageous
- Must have experience with office software and phone systems
- Must have experience in high volume environments like retail or F&B
- Prior customer service/telemarketing experience is advantageous
- Able to communicate in professional and efficient manner via phone calls and messages
- Highly skilled in verbal and written communication
- Highly customer service oriented
- Demonstrate problem solving attitude, problem solving capabilities and documentation skills
- Able to handle and analyse multiple streams of information
