Our client is a leading Property & Real Estate Group committed to sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. They prioritize responsible business operations and aim to make a positive impact on society and the environment. They now seek an experienced and visionary Director/VP of ESG/Sustainability to lead ESG efforts and drive the sustainability agenda forward. You will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with their commitment to sustainable practices, ethical standards, and social responsibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior executives, and external stakeholders to drive positive change and enhance our ESG performance.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ESG strategy aligned with company values and objectives.
- Integrate ESG considerations into business processes and decision-making across the organization.
- Enhance ESG reporting and disclosure, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks and standards.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand expectations and effectively communicate sustainability efforts.
- Monitor ESG performance, conduct assessments, and recommend improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., sustainability, environmental studies, business administration); master's degree preferred.
- Proven 5-8 years of experience developing and implementing ESG strategies, preferably at a senior management level.
- Familiarity with sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices in responsible investment.
- Strong understanding of the interconnections between ESG factors and business performance; excellent analytical skills.
- Able to take on this role as a Part Time contract role to commence with, potential for further expansion.
