Senior Principal Research Scientist

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a research team to manage multiple concurrent research projects in collaboration with the Director and Principal Investigators (PIs), ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and fulfilment of quality standards.- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international key stakeholders, including researchers, partners, and industry influencers.- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to research teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.- Provide scientific expertise to achieve all project milestones, including deliverables, reports, and budget utilization.- Oversee the financial aspects of research projects to ensure optimal expenditure within allocated budgets.- Manage accounting and auditing matters, liaising with both internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with statutory and university standards.
Job Requirements- A PhD degree in Computer Science and Engineering is preferred- Extensive experience in senior management roles- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, platforms, and architectures- International experience in leading multiple big projects- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of translating vision into actionable plans and driving execution.
