**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. Roll out desktops and laptops and provide briefing to employees

3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to IT infrastructure

4. Maintain Windows Server Active Directory and Intranet contents

5. Test and evaluate new software and technology

6. Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Computer Science/Information & Technology or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience in providing onsite and remote IT software and hardware support and administration
- Able to work independently and be pro-active to suggest solutions to IT issues
- Demonstrate effective communications skills with all levels of the company
- Fair command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Meticulous, self-driven, committed and possess a positive work attitude
