**Position Purpose**:

- The Senior Portfolio Manager /Portfolio Manager is part of DPM equity team and is mainly responsible for the global equity mandates. This include portfolio construction of the model portfolio, ensuring relative good performance and portfolio attribution of the portfolio
- The Portfolio Manager has a secondary role to do portfolio review and support the growth of the DPM AUM

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Portfolio Management objectives**
- Responsible for managing one or two global equity mandates.
- As part of the equity team, the PM will actively manage Global equity portfolios. This include value focus global equity mandate, a globally thematic equity mandate and sustainable equity mandate).
- Active participation and contribute in the monthly equity committee.
- Ensure good performance versus its relative benchmark.
- Ensure proper risk control and compliance to the DPM charter, client investment guidelines and restrictions.
- Ensure smooth implementation of trade execution with the portfolio implementer in line with guidelines and market conditions.

**Portfolio marketing objectives**
- Ensure the monthly strategy committee paper for the respective mandates are prepared.
- Participate in client reviews especially involving in your mandates.
- Support in other marketing efforts to grow DPM AUM.
- May be involved in development of new equity or related mandates to grow the business.
- May be involved in projects to improve the productivity of the department.
- At least 10 years’ experience in managing global equity mandates, preferred in private banking background
- Professional qualification: Chartered Financial Analyst
- Familiar with ESG investment integration
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willing to work diligently
- Good team player
