**Responsibilities**:
**THE ROLE**:
We are the Central Engineering team providing test and manufacturing solutions for Enterprise products under the Product Engineering Organization. We do exciting product development for leading-edge technology that will power the next generation processors used for high performance computing, data centers, and enterprise servers.

Your role as the Debug Manager will require you to provide technical leadership in delivering solutions for some of the most complex problems faced by our customers and ensuring we meet the highest quality goals for each project. You would be required to directly manage and guide senior level technical staff while overseeing team operations.

**THE PERSON**:
An effective collaborator who works comfortably in cross-functional teams across time zones and locales to deliver on product goals and team commitments.

An excellent communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills who can interface well with internal and external stakeholders across multiple organizations and organizational levels.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the debug team comprised of technical engineering staff handling system level, ATE, and data analysis
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify containment, determine root cause, and develop screens for customer issues. Cross-functional teams may consist of Design, Software, Platform, Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Failure Analysis, Customer Engineering, Sales Ops and Supplier Quality Engineering
- Maintain excellent communication with different program stakeholders - Product Managers, Test Managers, Quality Managers, Debug Leads, Manufacturing Facilities, Supply Chain

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- ATE and SLT domain knowledge and experience in product development in the semiconductor industry
- Experience with data extraction, manipulation, and storage
- General understanding of device test flows and fabrication process
- Proficient understanding of Design of Experiments and their analysis
- Knowledgeable in version control tools (Git, Perforce)
- Well-versed in task management tools (Jira, Kanban)
- Proven people management skills with a track record of growing and managing a team of at least 5 engineers

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines
