This posting is for the role of Income Auditor for a 134 room luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Singapore's financial district.

**Role Summary**

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Hotel Bar Mixologist will be an experienced Cocktail Bartender or Mixologist with a passion and knowledge of making cocktails and drinks. You will be naturally friendly and outgoing as the role is customer facing. You will be able to produce cocktails with flair and panache.

**Responsibilities**
- Passion for creating extraordinary cocktails, making great drinks and creating well-balanced and memorable experiences.
- Receive orders and serve guests requests completely and timely whist maintaining the highest level of service.
- Create and serve a range of beverages including classic cocktails, mixers, beer, wine and soft drinks etc.
- Good understanding of wines and spirits.
- Keeping the service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared at all times
- Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
